How You Can Help
Any help will be gratefully appreciated. Sponsor one child per month for 10 months; encourage a group of friends or relatives to help sponsor one or more children; sponsor young adults to attend college or university in Haiti; perhaps your workplace or your church would help.
Please check us out. We are registered with the State of Florida as a designated 501(c)3 Nonprofit Corporation. Call, write, e-mail. Donations, sponsorships, ideas and suggestions are all welcome.
Become a Sponsor of our HOT-meal-program
Two-HOT-meals-a-week Program
This school year, starting October 2008, the goal of One-HOT-meal-a-day is greater than what we can commit to.
Let me explain. Of the five possible schools that we could have sponsored, we have to narrow it to three schools with an approximate total 550 students (respectively 300, 120, 130 students per school) and at that we limit the "Hot-Meal-program' to twice a week per child.
With your current donations and our planned budget, we will:
- 1. continue our commitment to the 3 schools and
- 2. extend the program to two more schools - 250 more kids approximately - WHEN our budget will permit.
- 3. extend the program to daily meals, as next phase of the program.
Consider Sponsoring 1, 2, 5, 10 children per month.
$15/month will buy 20 meals a month, enough for 2 children having EIGHT meals.
$25/month will allow expansion of the program, may it be next month or next year.
Monthly Donations
- $15/month
- $25/month
One time Donation
- $50
- $100
- $150
Our very deep, deep appreciation for your donation. We commit to update you on the status of the 'Hot-Meal' program as we extend it to more schools, with more kids and even to a daily meal plan (with your support, YES WE CAN, one day).
Please note : As a U.S. 501(c)3 not-for-profit, apolitical, grassroots organization, we will send out a receipt, usable for tax purposes.
